In 2023 I was commissioned a complete Capstone learning experience for Neom’s GRoW graduate program. My role is to train, guide and coach 70+ high-potentials through a demanding learning journey culminating in a compelling pitch presentation for Neom sector heads .

In 2023 I welcomed a small group of mid-senior and senior leaders from major Middle Eastern companies and organisations in the beautiful city of Barcelona for a five day workshop on leadership thinking. In addition to deep, immersive learning we also included visits to relevant places in the city to keep learning engaging and enjoyable.
